List of properties to reconsider, discussed at July 7, 2009 meeting of the HDC.:

Keep:

729 Ellington Road- desirable commercial corner, former home of S.W. author.
251 Sullivan Avenue- verified as former feed store and railroad depot
496 Oakland – historic structure, in potentially threatened location.
8 Shares Ln.

Maybe:

561 Ellington Rd. – home of local historian and surface archaeologist (collection at Wood Lib)
1760 Ellington Rd. – checking on whether originally a store
268 Long Hill Rd. – home of Green family referred to by M.J. Elmore in book on Long Hill, also on 1855 map.
384 Long Hill – Greek Revival style quite obvious

Questions:

Is 8 Felt Rd Extension the “Creamery”?
Is 7 Oakland Avenue Sadd Library? (Sadd Library is already surveyed)
